Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP, however, there are a number of services locally hat you are able to make self-referrals to.

Telephone Support Service for people nearing the end of their life, and their carers

Emotional support at the end of life needs to be accessed mindfully and easily. The AnneRobson Trust is here to listen and to support you and your carers with emotional and practical concerns, and to signpost to other services where appropriate.

You can request a call back from our team who will return your call within 24 hours (or the next working day) to provide bespoke support. The service is suitable for adults aged 18+ who are in the last year of their life, and their family members, carers or friends. Support will be provided:

  • As a one-off, or on an ongoing basis
  • At a time to suit (between the hours of 8am - 7pm)
  • Free of charge, and confidentially
