We have interpreting and translation services available to all patients free at the point of delivery. If you require an interpreter for your next appointment, please make the receptionist aware of this who will be happy to arrange.
As interpreted communication requires the delivery of messages at least twice (once in the original language, and once in the converted language), for interpreting and translation appointments you will be given a double appointment.
We can offer any of the following options for appointments:
Face to face interpreting
Video remote interpreting
Written translation
Please note we are unable to offer this service for same day/ emergency appointments.
