Help for adults with a learning disability

Patient who have a learning disability will often need extra support to help them use important health services.   

In Hertfordshire, there are Community Learning Disability Nurses who can help patients. They can help patients understand ways of looking after their health and they can help health professionals to communicate with people in the best way.
